About
In this class, we’ll journey deeper into ourselves, discovering and embodying the hero that uniquely resides within us.
This theme encourages us to realize, connect with, and call upon the power of our true divine essence in all seasons and situations. We’ll explore The P’s: Posture, Power, Perseverance, Play, Pivot, Progress and more.
You will learn how to apply The P’s: posture, power, perseverance, play, pivot, and progress regardless of the season, the challenges, or obstacles presented on your divine life path journey.

1 Posture
Definition: Posture is the foundation of accessing divine alignment.
Physical posture mirrors energetic posture. Consider how your mindset, heart, and body posture can open or block your energy.
Imagine your posture when you're aligned with your highest self. Are you "slouched" in self-doubt, or standing tall in faith?
Reflection Prompt: What adjustments in attitude or stance can I make to embody strength and alignment? How might I be more open in my posture?
2 Power
Definition: Divine power arises from the recognition of your divine essence being in alignment with divine will.
Authentic and gentle power flows when we deeply trust our capacity as conduits of divine energy.
Reframe challenges as opportunities to amplify your personal power.
Power is not force. It's the effortless flow of energy when you're in alignment with your true purpose.
Our power can be felt and seen, but it also comes from within. It’s a combination of our inner confidence and outer radiance.
Reflection Prompt: What makes me feel most powerful? How can I cultivate this feeling more often?
Empowering Exercise: Repeat this affirmation aloud:
“Yes, my divine, true essence CAN do it. AND WILL.”
3 Perseverance
Definition: Perseverance is the art of staying committed to your divine life path. Perseverance is also the steady courage to continue evolving and aligning in the face of resistance.
Perseverance teaches us to honor the alchemical process of growth. Expansion often requires patience and faith through stretching and even, at times, discomfort.
Every step forward strengthens your connection to your divine life path.
4 Play
Definition: Playfulness restores energy and creativity, even in serious circumstances.
Introduce the idea of “joyful resilience.” Play lightens the spirit and strengthens our ability to tackle challenges with grace.
In terms of spiritual warfare, joy thorws off opposing energy
Ask participants to reflect on a time they brought laughter or creativity to a tense moment. How did it shift the energy or diffuse or disarm the situation?
Practice: Pause right now and smile. Breathe joy into your day.
Empowering Exercise: Put on a song that brings you joy and dance! Let the music and movement rejuvenate your energy and shift your perspective to one of playfulness.
5 Pivot
Definition: Pivoting is the spiritual practice of adapting strategy without abandoning purpose.
Talking Points:
Pivoting shows us the power of flexibility and choosing new paths when faced with blocks.
When life throws us curveballs, we can choose to pivot or be knocked down by resistance. Pivoting allows us to stay rooted in our divine purpose while finding new ways to move forward with creativity and resilience.
A pivot may require letting go of old patterns or beliefs that no longer serve us. It can also me instead of persisting in one direction, you pivot by adapting and adjusting.
Share the metaphor of river water flowing around obstacles, fluid, adaptable, and powerful.
Ask participants to reflect on a time they pivoted in some way in a tense moment or while traversing obstacles or change. What changed as a result?
Questions to guide alignment:
What season am I currently in?
Is it time to hold steady or change direction?
