What to Know
Taking your mind back is a continual practice throughout the experiences and seasons of your life.
A new timeline manifests and takes shape as we clear old timeline behavior, detox from toxic and/or unhealthy emotional energy, and transmute and evolve from lower patterns.
Relationships are timelines; stay mindful.

Your reality is holding onto the timeline of your subconscious belief system, emotional reactions, and behavior.
What energy and programming have the most power and lasting influence and impression over your mind?
Find the disharmony. Look for cues via biofeedback, energy shifts, and manifestations.

Changed behavior/action. New behavior creates a new timeline.
Changed beliefs along with changed behavior support the new timeline is taking shape.
Become aware of the program. Become conscious where you were unconscious. Become conscious by noticing throughout the day regarding your daily experiences and thoughts what energy and programming influence you and inform your behavior. What impressions are controlling your mind and will? The more you are aware, the more you can switch codes. Subconscious codes from the previous programming run the show until we shift them into a higher reality through higher programming. The more you switch codes, the more power you are taking back, the more you are strengthening your will and your mind, and the more you will overcome automatic habits (and auto-pilot life).
Change the energetics and magnetics. As shared earlier, your reality holds onto the timeline frequency of your belief system, emotional reactions, and behavior. The goal here is to live off auto-pilot and with intent daily; this supports us in overcoming automatic habits. Your intentions must be clear; the clearer they are, the higher the alignment of what you manifest will be, and thus the more energy you will shift.
Stay conscious and mindful of the energetics in your home as it is a receiving and transmitting station for energy.
Release all negative charges of past negative experiences, this signals a new timeline.
Disinvest in unhealthy rewards. When you notice your body seeking to feel unhealthy emotions or chemicals it has been addicted to, disinvest. Meaning stop investing in the pattern and behavior. Stop the loop. Don’t get hooked in. Come back to the present moment, come back to your higher self, come back home to yourself to self-regulate. Don't remain hooked on investing in and seeking the negative reward. Use deep slow breathing as a tool for self-regulation to activate supportive brain and nervous system calming chemicals.
Disrupt the pattern and energy by shifting timelines. Make it a practice and a conscious real-time effort not to continue vibrating in the low timeline thoughts, speech, behavior, validation, or gratification. Have timeline awareness.
Overwrite the timeline. Overwrite the timeline by embodying a higher one through higher signals, intention, coherence, and embodiment.
Vibrational awareness. Our vibration affects our reality and our consciousness and our subconscious minds. What vibrations are around you, are influencing you, and radiating from within you?
Live more and more in your equanimity and divine neutrality with others. This muscle will strengthen the more you use it.
Harmonize. Find the disharmony. Look for cues via biofeedback from the body and recent manifestations. Ex: a masseuse noticing and massaging out tension and knots in the body and targeting those areas, a musician recognizing an out-of-tune note or voice and correcting it, maybe someone preparing a meal and noticing the taste if not quite right yet and doing what’s needed to make the recipe come together, and/or someone noticing their home’s energy feeling off, or stagnant, and doing what’s necessary to clear the energy and raise the vibration of the home and space.
Unplug to tune in. Spend time daily or as much as possible disconnecting from the 3D reality and tapping into the quantum realm.
Expand your comfort zone. If we are not careful, our comfort zone can hold us back, stunt our growth, and block or slow down our higher manifestation, healing, or success process.
