In part 3 of our High Vibrational Embodiment Series, we'll discuss the sacred art of high vibrational embodiment through mindful communication: tones, speech, posture, and energy. This sacred practice is how we live ou power, vibrate higher, and signal a new higher timeline through our high vibrational communications skills.

High vibrational communication is empowerment work.


Embodiment Practices

  • Whatever you’re having a challenging time in, or have fear around doing, is your practice: to “live your power”.

  • Create healthy boundaries and equanimity for yourself when communicating with others to avoid enmeshment or taking on other people's projections and energy. Be mindful to stay energetically sovereign and in your power, even when empathizing or having heavy, triggering, and/or dense conversations.

  • Keep in mind that the way you communicate is part of your spiritual path and embodiment practice; it’s an opportunity to practice high vibrational embodiment in the world and outside of your head or personal space and environment.

  • Remember that anything you don't feed dies.

  • 21-days is how you break most habits. 90-days is when it becomes a lifestyle.

  • Silence is communication too.

  • Pause and digest. It's okay to pause and let yourself and others think about what you're saying in silence. Don't try to rush every thought and word in.

  • Allow opportunities for the other person to respond.

  • Refrain from using false truths, slander, gossip, harsh speech, or shaming speech.

  • Work with pacing. Notice how fast you are talking.

  • Slow down your pace. When you calmly speak, you are more aware of what you’re saying and what’s trying to channel through you; you're not in the way.

  • Speak calmly. Give yourself or the other person/s time to reach calmness and clarity.

  • Don't over-talk your point.

  • Be concise. Express yourself clearly and concisely.

  • Use tones mindfully and intentionally to emit a particular vibration and tone in the conversation. Record yourself speaking to learn what various tones feel and sound like from you.

  • Mindful timing and tone. Wait for the right time to speak and use the right tone so your viewpoint is accepted well.

  • Follow up with a kind word, question, and truth.

  • Operate in gratitude, appreciation, reassurance, and compassion.

  • Speak mindfully, listen mindfully.

  • Ask yourself how you can empathize, relate, and hold compassion.

  • Journey in grace and self-love.

  • Blessed high vibrational embodiment to you!!
