As you know, here at VHD, I testify to the power of plants as medicine in my day-to-day life as a highly sensitive with activated claire senses. Plant medicine has helped me go from living an over-reactive and overstimulated life, to one of equanimity, harmony, empowerment, restoration, and higher vibrations.

Various parts of the garden and earth offer us healing. Different healers are divinely inspired to source their potent medicine from different parts of the garden and earth. While one healer uses one modality, the next healer may use another. There are specific medicine discoveries for each and all. Finding plant medicine has been one of the most life-supporting discoveries of my journey–inward and outward.
