ENERGETIC LIBERATION:
MY PERSONAL REFLECTIONS
HOW IT STARTED / HOW IT’S GOING
I used to be at the mercy of the daily energies in my day, relationships, and life. Without a strong sense of grounding, self-awareness, self-worth, energy tools, or personal power, I found myself living a life shaped by the energies of other people and unaligned energy attachments.
Reflecting on the profound, spiritual, and energetic transformations that have taken place in my life since, I’ve experienced a newfound depth of grounding in my mind, body, power, and life.
I recall how it wasn’t always easy to navigate or confront the energy attachments that had me bound, and yet I did it! Through courage work, self-worth healing, pattern work, and evolved self-awareness through spiritual alchemy, conscious pattern shifting, and divine guidance, I’ve emerged on a path of profound healing. Through this liberating work, I’ve come home to my true essence and power, undergone spiritual evolution, birthed a transformative journey, and deepened my connection with my true self, higher purpose, personal energy, and divine life path. Liberating my energy divinely changed everything.
THE COST OF NOT OPERATING IN MY AUTHENTIC POWER AND ESSENCE
For the longest time, I found myself entangled in the energetic webs of others. Their moods, actions, and energies seemed to dictate my own sense of self, direction, and power. I struggled to speak my truth, share my gifts, and shine in my relationships and life. The weight of limiting beliefs, soul ties, and energy cords kept my soul tethered to disempowerment and even obscurity.
Unaware of my own energetic power and essence for too long and not operating in them, living in the shadows began to define me. The somatic impact of these energetic attachments manifested as emotional struggles, anxiety, stomach nervousness and aches, self-sabotage, limiting beliefs, and a profound sense of disconnection from my true authentic self. I regularly felt the weight of these energetic constraints weighing down my very being. I used to battle depression that wasn’t even mine but a byproduct of the soul ties and energy attachments attached to me.

FINDING INNER STRENGTH AND MY WAY TO LIBERATION
As I embraced the journey of spiritual alchemy, I began to witness miraculous shifts take place within me and around me. Day-by-day, I started feeling stronger and more and more in control of my own energy. I got more bold and brave as I committed to cutting cords, breaking soul ties, and voiding contracts that no longer served my highest good. It was a process of shedding layers of suppression and discovering who the heck I was.
Despite facing internal and external resistance, I pressed on, determined to reclaim my sovereignty and rediscover the true essence of my being that I had longed to embody. The journey was lonely at times and filled with moments of external judgment and criticism at other times, but I persevered, knowing that the work I was doing was essential for my liberation.
And then, the breakthrough came.
The progression from being disempowered to feeling stronger and in control of my energy to boldly taking action and breaking free from the energetics that did not serve my highest good created a compelling new narrative and rebuilt the foundation of my self-resepct.
Shedding layers of suppression and embracing authentic power is what vibrate higher daily and our divine life path are all about.
Once I remembered who I truly was, everything shifted. The game changed, and I found myself stepping into my divine purpose and life with newfound confidence, fierceness, grace, and strength.
I achieved liberation.
Through the process of energetic liberation, I gained invaluable insights, wisdom, courage. I learned the importance of embracing, cultivating, and nurturing my own energy, setting boundaries, and prioritizing self-care, self-advocacy, and self-love. Through the process of energetic liberation, I embraced my true essence and identity, standing tall in my power and purpose. Each step towards freedom brought me closer to the radiant light that had always resided within me.
Today, as I navigate each day with a sense of purpose and alignment, I’m grateful for the liberation work that led me to this point. The release of energy attachments has created a safe space for me to evolve, transform, and embrace my divine life path fully.
ONGOING LIBERATION
Energetic liberation is an ongoing journey, requiring daily awareness and intention, alignment, alchemy, and conscious pattern shifting. As I continue to observe, detoxify, transmute, and release all forms of energy attachments that may manifest from the world around me, I’m reminded of the power that lies within me.
Through these practices, we will continue stepping into our highest timeline and self yet, embracing the infinite potential that resides within us. May this reflection serve as a testament to the transformative power of energetic liberation and as a beacon of hope for you as you too embrace own journey towards healing, growth, and alignment with your divine life path and divine essence and power.
