Embrace your inner conduit; for in doing so, you are not just living, you are becoming the embodiment of ‘it’, the purpose, assignment, and divine destiny you are called to fulfill. Let the conduit within guide you, for you are more than flesh and bone; you are spirit, purpose, and power.
CLASS NOTES
Your Role as a Vessel of Divine Energy
Awareness and Connection with your role as a vessel of divine energy:
1. Defining the Conduit:
A "conduit" in a spiritual context, can be defined as a channel, medium, or vessel through which divine energy, inspiration, creativity, love, or purpose flows. It represents a ‘state of being’ that allows an individual to access and express their true essence, gifts, and potential, aligning their actions with their inner wisdom, divine life path, and higher purpose. In a spiritual alchemy context, becoming a conduit involves transformation and embracing one's innate abilities and removing obstacles that hinder personal growth, expansion, empowerment, and evolution.
On your divine life path, it’s of the utmost importance to recognize yourself as a vessel that channels divine purpose, creativity, wisdom, gifts, and potential. The world expands for us as we carry this realization and awareness into our embodiment, actions, sense of identify, and day-to-day journey.
2. Understanding Your ‘It’. What’s your it?
This section explains what 'it' represents for conduits. Explaining how you can define and recognize your unique life path and assignments.
Recognizing your 'it' can bring clarity and focus to your actions and decisions.
3. Integration of Body, Psyche, and Spirit:
Practice and embrace techniques that align and harmonize your body, psyche, and spirit. These energetic and spiritual tools help to cultivate a strong, balanced conduit.
4. Overcoming Personal Barriers:
Identify common barriers that prevent you from fully accepting your role as a conduit (e.g., self-doubt, fear, limiting beliefs, ego, unaligned attachments, societal expectations).
Emphasizing self-compassion and trust in the divine process.
5. Supporting the Conduit’s Expansion:
Nurture expansion of your inner conduit through practices like mindfulness, prayer, creativity, aligned action, courage, growth mindset, and aligned service.
Honor the importance of continuous learning and growth to maintain an effective connection with higher divine energies.
6. Set Boundaries and Practice Discernment:
Establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries with others is essential for protecting your energy as a conduit of divine energy. It’s vital to discern between situations and people that uplift and nourish your spirit from those that only drain or deplete you. By being selective about where and with whom you share your energy, you ensure alignment with your divine life path and higher purpose and maintain the integrity of the conduit within. Be prepared to say no when necessary and trust the inner signals that guide your decisions.
*Please Note: When practicing intuition and discernment, be mindful not to confuse them with internal fears, insecurities, low self-worth, or distorted perceptions stemming from unhealed wounds, as these can distort our thinking and feelings. More insights on distinguishing true intuition and discernment from influences such a internal fears, wounds, and insecurities will be shared in my upcoming reflections article and the VHD Practice this month. Stay tuned!
7. Embodying Purpose and Power:
Fully embracing our purpose leads to powerful transformations in our personal, professional, and spiritual lives.
8. Practical Applications:
Make it practical. Incorporate the conduit mindset in daily decision-making and problem-solving.
9. Functional Gifts:
Fully embrace and embody your role as a divine conduit, ensuring it becomes a functional and integral part of your life and divine life path journey. Let it be seen, let it take action. Allow it to flourish rather than suppress, block, or stifle it as a hidden part of you.
Where You Are Disempowered, Struggling or Suppressing Your Conduit?
Locating the Root
The essential work of the conduit is to remain aware through self-awareness and observation of where you are, what you are struggling with, where you are stuck at, where you need support, and what you need to overcome to be a powerful and functional conduit.
When someone who identifies as a conduit of divine energy feels disempowered, stagnant, suppressed, or unable to take action, it can stem from various root causes. Here are some of the main root causes:
1. Self-Doubt and Fear Causing a Lack of Action:
Doubts about your abilities and fear of failure or judgment can inhibit action. This lack of confidence in our connection to divine energy or ability to fulfill our calling can lead to stagnation and suppression.
2. Overwhelm and Burnout:
Being a conduit often implies a sense of responsibility to help others or fulfill a significant purpose and assignment. Without proper perspective, self-care, and energy hygiene and management, the inner conduit can become overwhelmed and exhausted, leading to inaction and stagnation.
3. Lack of Clarity:
Not having a clear understanding of what your unique 'it' is can cause indecision and inaction. Without clarity, we can may struggle to identify meaningful steps forward. Consider plant medicine, fasting, prayer, nutrition, detoxing, solitude, reflection, journaling, observation of self and gifts, cognitive behavioral therapy, coaching, and other forms of exploration to bring in clarity and awareness. Include any other important elements that have proven to effectively help you gain clarity.
4. External Influences and Expectations:
If we are not mindful or careful, pressure and negative influence from societal norms, cultural expectations, or the opinions and judgments of others can lead to conduit suppression, stifling our true calling, and conforming to distracting thoughts, people, influences, and pathways that do not align with our divine life path or purpose.
5. Energy Blockages:
Emotional or energetic blockages, such as unresolved trauma or limiting beliefs, can impede the flow of divine energy, making it difficult for conduits to feel empowered and take decisive actions.
6. Disconnection from Divine Source, Higher Spiritual Realm Connection, Inner Guidance, and Earth Medicine:
When we are out of touch with Divine Source our intuition or inner wisdom, they may feel choppy or disconnected from divine purpose and guidance, resulting in a lack of motivation, direction, and/or power.
7. Comparing to Others:
Measuring ourselves against others' achievements or paths can lead to feelings of inadequacy and prevent us from embracing our unique journey as conduits.
8. Resistance to Change, Failure to Adapt:
Fear of the unknown, attachment to the familiar, and comfort zones can cause resistance to the transformative changes required to fulfill our evolving role as a conduit of divine energy, purpose, and assignment.
Note: Effectively addressing these root causes involves cultivating self-awareness, engaging in practices that enhance connection to divine energy, and fostering an environment of self-compassion, grace, cultivation, exploration, spiritual alchemy, transformation, action, liberation, and growth.
How to Get Out of Your Own Way
Supporting Divine Energy
Acknowledge Your Strengths: Recognizing your strengths and unique abilities can help build self-esteem.
Confront negative self-talk: Challenge the negative voice that tells you you're not good enough, that it’s too hard or impossible, that it can’t happen for you, or you're going to fail and versus succeed. Overwrite these thoughts through reframing and visualization practice.
Embrace and Adopt a Growth Mindset: Do you embody and reflect a growth mindset, or a lack of action mindset? Discern whether your current thinking patterns and choices might be stifling your progress and hindering your success. Embrace a growth mindset by being open to learning, evolving, transforming, persisting in the face of challenges, and viewing failures as opportunities for improvement and progress. A growth mindset involves actively seeking personal and professional development through continuous learning and taking actions that foster growth. It's about feeling the fear and doing it anyway.
Set attainable goals: Avoid perfectionism by setting goals that you can achieve with the current resources you have access to and at hand. Cultivate a start where you are and with what you have mentality. This will lead to expansion.
Commit to the work: Commit to what you desire to accomplish and are called and assigned to and avoid repeating the same behaviors that make you feel out of reach or stagnant.
Let go of shame and guilt: Shame and guilt can feed validation-addiction or trigger validation-addiction relapse.
Practice self-care: Take care of yourself as the vessel. It’s imperative to have a way to release what you’ve absorbed as a magnetic and physical being and what replenish what you’ve poured out. Taking sacred and nurturing time out for yourself can help relieve pressure, reset your mood and energy, purify, strengthen, and re-energize you. Self-care is an energy cleanse. And so is living and eating for optimal well-being, body, psyche, spirit.
Other ways to get out of your own way include: Remember your why. Trust yourself as a chosen conduit. Trust the liminal space. Honor the process. Practice daily meditation to center yourself and reconnect to your power. Sustain a reverence and connection with your true essence and spiritual guides.
And lastly, for now, surrender! Surrendering is how you take your power back as a conduit. By surrendering, you open yourself up to becoming a willing vessel, allowing the powerful conduit within you to take charge and "do it."

Meditative Questions
How might I surrender for Divine Spirit to fully operate this vessel?
What must I release, detach from, or outgrow to allow Divine Spirit fully guide this vessel?
What do I need to implement more of so that Divine Spirit has total control of this vessel?
A Spiritual Note in Closing
Until we are willing to become empty vessels, fully surrendered, we may never experience the fullness of our spiritual and energetic potential, truly connect with and embody our true essence, or experience the divine evolution and blessings that await us on our divine life path. Neither may we experience the fullness of what it is to please The Divine Source, the giver of divine energy and gifts, while on assignment in these temporary earthly bodies/vessels.
Ask yourself:
Who do I want to please?
Will I allow the judgments and condemnations of others to keep me full?
Or will I understand the assignment and pour out my gifts in this lifetime?
Will I let my own critical thoughts, doubts, or insecurities consume me?
Will comparison hold me back?
Will I let the need for approval and acceptance from others dictate my life path?
Or will I release those burdens and fully surrender to my divine purpose, embrace the unique gifts I have been given to fulfill my divine life path and unique assignment, journey with courage, integrity, and authenticity, and be the conduit ‘who can do it’?
Deep reverence to the conduit within You!
