Old timelines do not have to take you down or out or keep you from achieving your goals. They don’t have to win.

The Power of One Step
Focusing on too many changes at one time can overwhelm the subconscious mind and send the nervous system into dysregulation. The subconscious mind and nervous system thrive on a sense of saftey that comes with familiarity. Think comfort zone.
The key is to make small enough incremental changes that these two parts of yourself do not resist the change but soften and surrender and are more able to be cooperative.
