About
One of the primary contributing factors that can cause a person to feel stagnated, detached, unstable, lost and without a sense of higher purpose, vibrations, or direction is the absence of Spiritual Integration (a bridge). Spiritual Integration, or its absence, affects our life path, our sense of wholeness and well-being, and ultimately our direction.
What are you integrating into daily?
A new timeline or an old one?
A healthy mindset or an unhealthy one?
Positive subconscious programming or negative programming?
Courage or defeat?
Mindfulness or unmindfulness?
Ungroundedness or groundedness?
Spiritual growth and freshness or stagnation and a sense withering?
High vibrations or low vibrations?
You deserve wholeness, stability, and a high vibrational path every day.
Class Notes
What To Know
Spiritual Integration is the embodiment of the wisdom, tools, insights, higher guidance, and awareness that you've received in your spiritual practice and path. Spiritual integration is also about living mindful and reverent of life–with all you’ve learned, and the spiritual wisdom and higher insights acquired through life trials, and spiritual awakenings.
Spiritual Integration includes operating in your higher gifts, calling, intention, awareness, mindfulness, and purpose as part of your day-to-day lifestyle. Your spiritual gifts are not a separate aspect of you, but a part of your evolved true nature and spiritual expansion.
Integration is embodiment; high vibrational embodiment.
It's a stage of awakening
It's coming home to the unification of your whole self.
Integration is uniting your spiritual path, aspirations, and goals with your day to day experiences
Why it Matters
Our spiritual life matters; it informs how we navigate our lives and the energy in it.
I could not have survived, overcome, or made it to this point in my life and well-being without practicing the sacred art of spiritual integration.
Spiritual integration is a bridge; it's a powerful, supportive, life-transforming bridge. It’s also a sacred force to work with daily.
One of the primary contributing factors that can cause a person to feel stagnated, detached, unstable, lost and without a sense of higher purpose, vibrations, or direction is the absence of Spiritual Integration (a bridge). Spiritual Integration, or its absence, affects our life path, our sense of wholeness, fulfillment, and well-being, and ultimately our direction in life.
When we begin to integrate the spiritual tools, lessons, and skills we’ve learned on our path into our everyday life experiences and interactions, we become a new being, the game changes, and people and the universe take notice. Through this practice, we expand in vibrational frequency, resonance, magnetism, and personal power. Spiritual integration is how you incorporate your higher self, take your power back, and nurture and sustain it.
You can be a clear channel and conduit for The Divine.
You can live a high vibrational embodied and soul-fulfilling life from this path.

How to Support Integration: Integrating the Gifts That Are Available To You
Lessons, Skills, Tools, Inner-Healer, and More
Meditation is a mind and spirit mastering tool.
Be patient with the process of integration and embodiment.
Give it all the proper place and necessary environment to root and gradually, but eventually, fully come online: mind, body, spirit, and space.
Integrate your lessons, experiences, and challenges with your current awareness, experience, path, and mindfulness.
Integrate power over fear, love over hate, mindfulness over unmindfulness, embodiment over disembodiment, and being separated from higher spirit, higher purpose, mindfulness, spiritual integrity, and higher intention.
No longer living on auto-pilot
Seeking and honoring mind, body, spirit-connection for greater wholeness, spiritual access, and balance is key.
