Now is the time, more than ever, to ground yourself into love and compassion for yourself, others, and current times. The practice of grounding yourself allows you to be in the present moment, live your power from wherever you are, and hold gratitude for how far you've come.
The purpose of grounding is to help bring us to a place of equanimity. Taking note of your beliefs and emotions is a great practice to see where you are in the present moment so you can go in and adjust as needed. Grounding ourselves helps us stay on purpose and tap into our higher power.
