YOUR ENOUGHNESS IN ACTION

Living Aligned and Empowered

How It Started / How It’s Going

My Journey with Enoughness

Can you believe this?? There was a time when my enoughness was measured by how others felt about me, whether they approved of me, liked me, treated me well. It was dictated by cultural norms, trends, subconscious programming that didn’t reflect my highest awareness, and by external markers like status and output. I was looking for approval in all the wrong places, unable to stand firm in my power in relationships, in the workplace, or in certain social settings.

Around those who seemed more self-assured, I often felt small, as if I were just lucky to be in the room rather than fully belonging. I send love to that former version of myself.

When it came to the work I do now, I felt every emotion possible as an entrepreneur, a public-facing person putting my energy, image, thoughts, experiences, and creations into the world.

Can you resonate with this? My life has been the kind of journey that hero movies are made of, a story of deep transformation and self-actualization despite challenges and lived experiences. I am deeply grateful for all of it, the beautiful highs and the learning lows.

Let’s borrow the Hero’s Journey motif, meaning, mystically, life has shifted and restructured itself around me, sometimes through dislocation, storms, symbolic whirlwinds, and dark nights of the soul. As the motif usually goes, I’ve lived through multiple rock bottoms, experienced the loss of a parent, not fitting into my life anymore, and feeling like the underdog among those who appeared to have it all together. But illusions can be deceiving. Somewhere in that journey, a mystical teachers appeared, without me even seemingly looking, who helped awaken me, open my eyes to my true self, and guided me toward remembering who I was. That remembrance changed everything. It allowed me to break free from the limitations of 3D reality and its experiences and programming and step into ascension and rebirth.

The Meaning in the Chaos

For so long, I couldn’t understand why life had allowed so much to happen to me. I had a pure heart, so why did painful experiences, trauma, and hardship unfold the way they did? The answer is complex, yet also simple: my journey was my initiation. Life wasn’t happening to me; it was happening for me. The very lessons I now teach were forged in those fires. Every storm, every loss, every challenge was shaping me into the person I am now, refining me into the teacher, guide, and healer I have become. I see now that our hardships hold purpose, not as punishments, but as sacred assignments that prepare us for our highest work. And even when we don’t see the way, even when the path seems uncertain, there is always an invitation to trust.

Walking the Path Before You Understand It

The medicine was in the walking. The answers revealed themselves step by step, like the Yellow Brick Road appearing beneath my feet as I took each step forward. I didn’t always know where I was going, but I had a vision, sometimes just a feeling, and I followed it.

One of the first moments I remember embodying this truth was when I was working as a real estate agent in 2010. I spent my days in a model home, greeting people, setting the atmosphere, making it warm and inviting. At some point, I started a practice, I would walk past a mirror, place my hand on my heart, smile at an imaginary group of people all gathered before me, and welcome them as honored guests and attendees. I didn’t realize it then, but I was welcoming my future life and you! I didn’t yet know the work I’d be doing today, I didn’t have a name for it, but I could feel it. I felt and tapped into the enoughness in those moments for whatever it was. And today, when I welcome you and other members into VHD classes, when I walk into rooms or onto stages to speak, when I record meditations or videos, when I invite people into my sacred space on social media, I am doing exactly what I practiced in those moments before I understood. This daily practice was one of my first encounters with the quantum field, moments where I felt fully enough: before my external reality confirmed it and manifested it. And the more I engaged with the practice, the more it was taking shape in the quantum field, until it was no longer just something I felt but something I lived.

Enoughness is the current that carries me. Even now, as I navigate new expansions, I remind myself: I don’t have to hustle. I don’t have to prove. I don’t have to force. Aligned opportunities have met me there, not in compromising, over-striving, or overextending, but in my willingness to say yes to what feels aligned, in saying yes to my calling, and continuing to see and feel myself as enough even when I don’t know how everything will unfold. I feel enough in the unknown, in the liminal space, and in the manifestation.

Showing Up Through It All

I’ve faced moments of doubt, of intimidation by the weight of my assignment and included missions along the way, of not always knowing what I was doing. But I kept showing up. Even when life was unstable. Even when it didn’t look like anything was happening. Even when it looked like failure. Through the challenges, storms, or setbacks, I kept showing up because my work, my gifts, my path are my medicine.

At times, devotion, healing, manifestation, and alignment require stepping away to rest and recalibrate while things take shape. Other times, it means pushing through by anchoring in and leaning into the energy that is moving through me as a conduit, allowing it to stabilize me while reality is still materializing and unfolding. Post-surgery, I’m experiencing a profound awakening, a meeting of a new version of myself that I now hold sacred space for daily. I’m spending time getting acquainted with her, aligning my life with her, honoring her needs, and integrating the wisdom she carries and brings. Witnessing how she’s revealing her innate enoughness is something I’m deeply enjoying!

The Golden Path of Enoughness

Enoughness is the golden path. It’s the North Star. It‘s what allows me to return to my center when life feels unaligned, to remember the hero within me who has always been strong, resilient, and capable of more than I once knew, realized, or believed.

Reflecting back to my teenage years, going through my first heartbreak, feeling like my world was ending. I remember one of my aunts walking into my bedroom, seeing me completely lost in sad 90s R&B love songs, and sitting me down next to me saying: “My love, you have overcome way more than this.”

Now, let’s be clear. This heartbreak was brought to you by a teenage boy playing in my teenage face. And yet, there I was, thinking my life was over!

A boy with a high mustache and zero life plans had me out here listening to sad love songs. And my aunt saw right through it! She walked in like, I know you are not about to let this child take you out. And she was right!

Her words, You have overcome way more than this’ brought to my awareness the resilience that was already within me.

Aunt Lilly’s words in that tender moment have guided, blessed, grounded, re-centered, and empowered me throughout the years, ever since. Those words had power. It was enoughness talk!

She was reminding me of who the heck I was!

That single phrase is a reminder that no matter what life places ‘in my face’, I have already proven my ability to rise.

And so have you. We have overcome 100% of everything we have been through. Do you see what I’m saying?

If that isn’t proof of you and I being enough, I don’t know what is!

Now, imagine the wonderful reality that the feeling of being enough will create for you. Seeing it, thanking it, and believing in it now, before it comes to form, is how it comes into form. This can be applied to career, relationships, personal image, opportunities, lifestyle, living spaces, energy, finances, reality, and much more!

A Touchstone for Your Journey

Enoughness is an anchor, a safe place to rest when the world tries to convince you that you need to be more. It’s the divine truth that you’re already whole, already worthy, already carrying everything you need.

May this reflection (and aunt Lilly’s words) be a reminder, a return, and a blessing as you walk your own path of enoughness in all aspects of your sacred life and divine life path.

You always have been,

you always will be,

enough.
